v1.0.0 — 15 July 2026
NEW- Initial release: chat widget, multi-provider routing, knowledge base (RAG)
- Ticket & sales assist and protected account actions
- Bilingual EN/AR with RTL, external embed, and rate limits
AI Copilot Suite places an on-site assistant inside WHMCS. It answers from your content and billing data, runs only the account actions you allow, and supports your ticket desk and storefront from one admin panel.
The assistant does not fall back to general internet knowledge. Every reply is grounded in the RAG index you build: knowledge-base articles, site pages, products, announcements, and Q&A pairs. You choose the provider, the daily token cap, the permitted actions, and any client groups that should not see the widget.
An interactive preview of typical client-area chats. Replies are based on official documentation — not a live AI connection.
Choose a scenario
The assistant answers from your indexed Knowledge base and WHMCS data only — not general internet knowledge.
Four steps from uploading the module to a live widget in the client area. No WHMCS template edits are required: once enabled, the widget is injected into the client-area footer.
Upload the module, activate the SRV-AI license key, open Addons → AI Copilot Suite, and turn on Enable chatbot.
Add OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint and set route priority. Then add knowledge sources: a Website URL, a Sitemap, a file, a Q&A pair, or live WHMCS articles and products.
The widget appears in the client area in English and Arabic, with RTL for Arabic. Classic, Servlayer, Lagom, macOS, and Minimal follow the site light or dark mode.
Review conversations, questions the assistant could not answer, and token use against the daily cap. Promote useful unanswered questions into permanent knowledge entries.
From providers and the knowledge index to ticket assist, promotions, and appearance. Each capability is switched on from the AI Copilot Suite panel and stays under administrator control.
The widget answers visitors and clients from the index only. When no passage matches, it can abstain instead of inventing product facts. Unanswered questions are logged so an administrator can turn the useful ones into permanent knowledge entries.
Connect more than one provider: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as OpenRouter or DeepSeek. Routing follows priority. If the first provider fails, the reply continues on the next.
Sources include crawled pages, a Sitemap, an uploaded file, manual text, and a Q&A pair, plus WHMCS knowledge-base articles, products, announcements, and domain pricing. Each source is split into chunks and can be reindexed on its own.
On the ticket view, staff can generate a full reply, three variants with a custom instruction, or a ticket summary. The cron responder runs in Draft only for review, or in Auto-Send through AddTicketReply, with caps on replies per ticket, ticket age, and the daily token budget.
Domain-name ideas during registration, limited to the TLDs you allow; a homepage recommendation carousel from browse history; short and full product descriptions; Ask AI on the submit-ticket page; and a summarize control on knowledge-base articles.
The same assistant on a site outside WHMCS, via one script tag. Embed must be enabled globally and again on the assistant, with a Site Key and an Allowed Origins list. An empty list blocks every request. An origin is scheme, host, and port, with no wildcards.
Quick Actions open services, invoices, domains, orders, the profile, and tickets. Actions such as paying an invoice, resetting a service password, or updating nameservers are enabled one by one. A sensitive action asks for a one-time confirmation code.
More than one assistant, each with its own model, system instructions, and welcome message. Routes match a page, a client group, or a ticket department. The default assistant is used when no route matches, or the highest-priority assistant is chosen automatically.
Five base themes: Classic, Servlayer, Lagom, macOS, and Minimal. Theme Studio stores custom themes with separate light and dark palettes, Liquid Glass controls for the macOS base, gradient and shadow, and a live preview on your site.
A daily token cap, per-IP and per-session rate limits, manual or automatic IP blocking, and the option to hide the widget from selected client groups. The dashboard shows consumption and cache hit ratio. Conversation history can be closed or unsuspended.
The admin panel, the client widget, and Ticket Assist. Screenshots are from the current addon interface.
The dashboard shows token consumption per provider, cache hit ratio, and the daily cap. From the same area you monitor conversations and close or unsuspend them.
The client-area widget: a conversation, quick actions, a history the client can resume, and escalation into a ticket. Themes follow light and dark mode.
Inside supporttickets.php: a full reply, three variants, and a summary. The cron responder stays in draft until you choose Auto-Send for selected departments.
Check the environment before you install. The license, a provider key, and outbound HTTPS are operating requirements, not only version numbers.
You need a valid ServLayer license, an API key for at least one provider (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint), and outbound HTTPS. Auto-reply and indexing run on the addon cron; a PHP CLI command is the recommended setup on cPanel, DirectAdmin, and Plesk.
FAQ
Direct answers on knowledge scope, providers, tickets, embed, and the token cap.
No. Replies are built from the RAG index you maintain: your pages, files, WHMCS articles, and products. If nothing relevant is retrieved, the assistant can abstain, and the question is kept on the unanswered list.
OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Set priority so a failed provider hands the request to the next one, and pick a model per assistant or leave it on the highest-priority route.
Yes. The client hands the conversation off from the widget and it opens as a WHMCS ticket. Staff can then use Ticket Assist to draft or summarize, and the cron responder stays optional and starts in draft mode.
Yes. Welcome, refusal, and re-engagement copy is bilingual, and Arabic layout is RTL. Widget themes follow the site light or dark mode, including the Lagom switch.
WHMCS 8.13 or newer, PHP 8.2 or newer, ionCube Loader 13 or newer, a ServLayer license, at least one provider key, and outbound HTTPS. The addon cron prefers a PHP CLI command.
Only where you enable it. Quick Actions are shortcuts to client-area pages. Paying an invoice, resetting a service password, or changing nameservers are separate switches, and a sensitive action asks for a confirmation code.
Turn on External Embed in general settings and again on the assistant. Copy the script tag and list the site origins under Allowed Origins. An empty list rejects every embed request.
Spending stops until the next day, including automatic ticket replies. The dashboard shows per-provider consumption and the cache hit ratio so you can raise or lower the cap before it is exhausted.
Yes. Security settings can disable the assistant for selected client groups, with per-IP and per-session rate limits and manual or automatic IP blocking.
The amount comes from the WHMCS product linked on this page. Monthly and annual are both on the billing switcher, and the order button opens the cart on the cycle you select.
